Sirens

We're so scared to fall
But fear is what that brings us to the bottom
We're sleeping with the pain
We've come to think we can't live without it
You see we're all finding our way
And victims to this human nature
Were counting down our days
Just hoping it'll be worth the wait

I hear the sirens pass me by
I say why oh why
I hear the crying in the night
I say poor boy please don't die
Next moment I wake up, the voices ask me if I am alright
You had a close one, and you barely made it out of here alive
Then I realize, I'm the one thats being saved tonight

Its not how many times you fall
Or how you jump back on your feet again
You see its not about you burning
Its about the fire your'e breathing in

I hear the sirens pass me by
Im singing why oh why
I hear the crying in the night
Im singing poor boy please don't die
Next moment I wake up, the voices ask me if I am alright
You had a close one, and you barely made it out of here alive
Then I realize, I'm the one thats being saved tonight

Its more than my breaking, its about the sacrifice you made
So as the blood enters my veins, I am awake
I am awake

Hallelujah
I'm falling to my knees
Sing Hallelujah
I'm falling to my knees
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
